  • Click "1st time customer"
  • Enter your access ID (8 digit account number)
  • Enter your four-digit PIN (last of your SS# or EIN#)

eStatements

  • Click on "Enter online banking"
  • A one-time pop-up window will appear to select the accounts for which you'd like to receive eStatements
  • Click on highlighted "Terms and Conditions" and "Accept"
  • You can access up to 13 months of statements and view them at any time
  • Simply click on the account number, click on "Documents" and select the highlighted eStatement you want to view

Online Bill Pay

  • Access bankatbroadmoor.com
  • Click on "Enter online banking"
  • Click on Accounts/select the deposit account number you are paying bills from
  • Click on "Bill Pay Registration"
  • Access the online application, complete, submit
  • Wait for a confirmation email, generally within 24 hours, to begin using the bill pay system
  • Now that you are a registered user, view the online tutorial video to maximize the benefits of bill pay
  • Once you have assigned bills to pay, you will never pay a late fee or finance charge for properly scheduled payments
