The Bank at Broadmoor opened its doors on February 14, 1980 and since then has grown to be one of the largest, most respected locally-owned banks in the Pikes Peak Region. The bank’s significant growth in deposits spurred the need for a new location, and in 1998, the bank moved into the current headquarters at 155 Lake Avenue.

Over the years, the bank has expanded throughout the City of Colorado Springs, with additional locations added in Downtown Colorado Springs in 1994, Briargate in 2000 and the city’s Westside in 2007.

The three original founders of the bank — Blakemore McCarty, Gordon Price, and Mary Ross — are still actively involved in our success, serving on the Board of Directors.
